Topping Up
In order to make a call or send a Text message from your phone, you will need top your phone up with credit.
Credit can be purchased from the Digicel store or anywhere you see the “Top-Up Here” sign.
Direct FLEX is the voucher less method of adding credit to your prepaid account in Nauru and is available at selected locations throughout Nauru.
To Top Up via Direct Flex simply:
- Pay the dealer the value of your desired amount from $0.50 upward to $100 (e.g. $7.54).
- Have the Dealer send the Top Up amount directly to your Digicel phone from the terminal.
- The Dealer will issue a receipt as proof of purchase.
- Check your account before leaving the Dealer store by typing in *120# and press the SEND/CALL button from your phone.

Credit Expiry
Every time you Top-Up you are given an expiry date for the credit. It is important that you Top-Up before the expiry date otherwise you may lose any remaining balance left in your account and you will be unable to make calls or send Text messages.
You will receive a Text alert reminding you to Top-Up two days before your credit expiry.
The following expiry times apply:
- Less than $3 - 30 Day expiry
- Greater than $3 - 90 day expiry
To check your Digicel Flex balance and Credit Expiry date:
1. Press *120#
2. Press SEND
3. Check the screen on your phone for your balance
